Recellion provides software and workflow tools for digitising contract envelopes, ingesting independent operating data, evaluating each period against those terms, and producing signed attestation records and evidence packs.

Recellion produces a neutral record of conformity and exceptions. It does not assign fault, take a side, or make a legal determination between parties. Exposure flags are indicators for the parties to act on, not adjudications.

Attestation records reflect operating data checked against a signed envelope. Forecasts, scores and related analytics are indicative outputs for operational and diligence support and do not constitute guarantees of asset value, market performance, insurability or financing outcome.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, authorised and lawfully shared data sources for ingestion. Record quality depends on the completeness, timeliness and integrity of the meter and contract data supplied.

Recellion can automate requirement mapping and documentation workflows. Use of the platform does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee regulatory approval, certification or exemption. Final responsibility remains with the asset owner and operator.

The exception method is applied consistently across periods and may be reviewed or endorsed by independent certifiers. Material changes to the method are versioned so that prior records remain interpretable against the rules in force at the time.
